Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services, not donations
GrantSpring is a service provider. Payments to GrantSpring are fees for professional services, not donations. They are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible as donations.
Readiness Package ($300)
The $300 Readiness Package is refundable only if work has not started.
Once GrantSpring has begun reviewing your website, preparing recommendations, drafting strategy, or performing any other client-specific work for your organization, the setup and readiness fee becomes non-refundable. This reflects the time and expertise already invested on your behalf.
Monthly support
Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period. To cancel, email info@grantspring.ca before your next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund completed work or the current active billing period unless GrantSpring agrees in writing.
Project-based services
Project-based engagements — for example, custom website builds, story video production, or campaign work — are governed by the written proposal or scope of work you receive and approve before the engagement begins. Refund, milestone, and cancellation terms for those projects are set in that document.
Payment processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor. GrantSpring does not store full card, bank, or payment account details. Any chargeback, dispute, or processor-level decision is handled by the payment provider under its own rules.
Billing questions
For any billing question, refund request, or cancellation, email info@grantspring.ca. We respond within a reasonable time frame and will work with you in good faith.
Updates to this policy
