Our services
GrantSpring provides the following services to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations:
- Website readiness reviews
- Nonprofit storytelling support, including story video direction
- Google for Nonprofits preparation support
- Google Ad Grants readiness support
- Website improvement direction and recommendations
- Campaign planning and marketing support
The exact scope, deliverables, and timing of any engagement are described in the proposal or agreement you receive before work begins.
Service payments are not donations
GrantSpring is a service provider. Payments to GrantSpring are fees for professional services, not donations. They are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible as donations.
No guarantees of results
GrantSpring helps you prepare and improve your readiness, but does not guarantee any specific outcome. We do not guarantee:
- Approval into Google for Nonprofits or Google Ad Grants
- Approval to use any specific payment processor
- Any particular volume of ad traffic, clicks, or impressions
- Any particular volume of donations or revenue
- Any specific business, fundraising, or mission outcome
Our recommendations are based on publicly available program guidelines and our experience supporting other organizations.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information to GrantSpring, including:
- Legal name and registration details of your organization
- Account credentials and ownership for services you ask us to support
- Website domain ownership and access
- Billing and payment information you submit
- Any other information needed to perform the services
You confirm that you have the authority to engage GrantSpring on behalf of your organization.
Google programs
Eligibility for Google for Nonprofits, Google Ad Grants, and related products, ongoing compliance with program policies, and continued access to those products are determined solely by Google. GrantSpring is not affiliated with Google and cannot guarantee decisions Google makes about your organization or account.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and billing terms for the Readiness Package, monthly support, and project-based work are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By engaging GrantSpring you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.
Payment processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor. GrantSpring does not store full card, bank, or payment account details. These providers approve merchant accounts and apply their own rules to transactions, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks. GrantSpring cannot override their decisions and is not responsible for them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use grantspring.ca and any services we provide in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platforms involved, including Google's, your payment processor's, and your website host's terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
